About us
D3N9 Construction LTD is a subsidiary branch of Elcon International (U.K.), in Uganda. Elcon International has forged a system of concrete prefabrication that has been a global success story. Now D3N9 has sole rights to bring that success to the republic of Uganda’s commitment to Modern Methods of Construction means we keep cost and waste to a minimum and speed and quality to the maximum. By using the Elcon system of concrete panels, made at our own production facility, we’re able to achieve the very high standards of accuracy and finish needed to build quickly with no compromise on quality.
At the onset of our new country, there are some remarkable changes and developments that are set to take place, for which we are very excited! D3N9 Construction LTD aims to make a unique contribution in the concrete and construction sector of Uganda.

Better quality
- Panels are specifically designed for each project.
- Each panel is checked, quality controlled and bar coded, and then brought to site on a ‘just in time‘ delivery system.

Faster build
• Walls are erected together in a fraction of the time of a conventional concrete frame and infill system.
• The panel system enables weather tightness very early – allowing follow on trades a much earlier start.
• Using the Elcon system, we estimate construction time to be reduced by more than 50% over other conventional frame systems.
